(ii) Verifying educational background, work experience, employment and personal references listed in my résumé, through public and/or private sources. (iii) Accessing and consulting personal data (private, semi-private, sensitive, or reserved) stored or contained in databases or files of any Public or Private Entity, whether national, international, or foreign. (iv) Conducting technical, psychotechnical, security studies, and/or medical examinations considered pertinent, directly or through third-party providers. (v) Contacting by phone or by any physical or digital means, including email and WhatsApp, to provide information about the progress of the selection process in which I am involved, as well as for inclusion in future processes where the profile applies. (vi) Maintaining emergency contact information in case of any eventuality that may occur during the selection process. (vii) Storing the data for historical and/or statistical purposes. (viii) Conducting sociodemographic, health, and similar surveys. (ix) Responding to petitions, complaints, and/or claims, as well as requests from authorities in the exercise of their functions. (x) Validating your identity. (xi) Transmitting and/or transferring personal data. 

Likewise, by authorizing the processing of your personal information, you declare that you have been informed of the optional nature granted by Law 1581 of 2012 to the holders of personal data, to answer or not, questions regarding sensitive data or data of minors. 

Finally, by granting this authorization, you declare that you have been informed of your rights regarding the protection of personal data, including: to know, update, rectify, and delete your data; to request proof of the authorization granted; to be informed about the use given to your information; to file complaints before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; to revoke the authorization when your rights are not respected; and to access, free of charge, the data processed. It is clarified that these rights may be exercised by means of a written request addressed to the customer service channels described at the beginning of this authorization.
